The Mulled Toddy

A warm, spiced twist perfect for cold nights.
Ingredients:

• 35ml Tayport Mulled Liqueur

• 25ml Tayport Vanilla Vodka

• 50ml fiery ginger ale (or more to taste)
  Method:
  Gently heat ingredients on the hob. Pour into a small tea or coffee cup and garnish with a slice of orange and ginger.

Christmas Liqueur & Prosecco

A sparkling festive favourite.
Ingredients:

• 20ml Tayport Mulled Liqueur

• 100ml chilled Prosecco
  Method:
  Pour the liqueur into a chilled champagne flute. Top slowly with prosecco — do not stir. Garnish with a raspberry or twist of lemon peel.

Christmas Bramble

A berry-bright twist on a classic gin cocktail.
Ingredients:

• 50ml Tayport Scots Pine Gin

• 25ml fresh lemon juice

• 12.5ml sugar syrup

• 12.5ml Tayport Mulled Liqueur
  Method:
  Shake the gin, lemon juice and syrup with ice. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Drizzle the Mulled Liqueur over the top. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice.
