Refund policy
We take great care in packaging our spirits so they arrive with you in perfect condition. If, however, you receive a delivery where the bottle or packaging has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and send us a photograph showing the damage to both the item and its packaging.
If your purchase is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For any other reason, if you're not completely satisfied with your Tayport Distillery purchase, please get in touch with our team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to discuss how we can help. Please note that certain exceptions may apply to your right to cancel, particularly for goods with a limited shelf life (if applicable to any of your products).
