Our Story: Rooted in Family & Community
In 2017, Kecia McDougall's passion for creating delicious spirits blossomed from a hobby into a family affair. With a thirst for knowledge, Kecia completed various courses and certifications to master the distillation process. The rest, as they say, is history (and a lot of delicious experimentation!).
Today, Kecia's son, Alasdair, brings his love for flavour and science to the table as our Production Manager, while her husband Duncan uses his extensive business experience to keep things running smoothly.
