Tasting Notes

Nose

Fresh and aromatic, with an almost menthol-like brightness from the juniper and Scots pine. Hints of citrus and cinnamon add depth and warmth.

Classic Gin & Tonic:

50ml Scots Pine Gin
200ml Premium Tonic Water (e.g., Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic)
Garnish: Slice of orange/grapefruit

Tayport Gin Sour:

50ml Scots Pine Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup (made with a 1:1 or 2:1 sugar-to-water ratio)
1 egg white (optional, for texture and foam)
Lemon twist or wheel for garnish
