Tasting Notes
Nose
Bright blackcurrant is layered with gentle spice — citrus and cassia come through clearly, complemented by aromatic clove and star anise.
Palate
Rich fruit character from the blackcurrants is supported by a soft spice profile. Notes of cinnamon, ginger, and allspice round out the flavour without overpowering the fruit.
Finish
Clean and warming, with fruit and spice in balance. A lasting reminder of winter gatherings and good company.
