Ingredients

  • 50ml Scots pine gin
  • 25ml Sugar syrup
  • 25mls Lemon or Orange juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method  

  • grab a coupé glass, shaker and ice
  • add the gin, sugar syrup, orange juice and egg white to the shaker
  • shake hard for 15 seconds.
  • strain into the coupé glass.
  • Add dashes of bitters to the finish
