Among its many treasures, the back bar boasts a unique 5-litre Kilner Jar filled with our special Malt Barley Vodka, a testament to the enduring spirit of this establishment.

Before we had the pleasure of joining the locals for a delightful tasting, thoughtfully arranged by Steve, the pub's owner, we couldn't resist sharing with you the exceptional experience they've crafted with our spirits and their delectable culinary creations.

Seizing the opportunity, we snagged a cosy spot by the window, and our eager anticipation culminated in ordering two classic cocktails from their menu that featured our products: the Espresso Martini and the French Martini, the latter graced with our own Malt Barley Vodka and Raspberry Liqueur. It's not an exaggeration to say that these cocktails were not only visually appealing but also an absolute delight to savour.

To accompany our libations, we decided to dive into their highly recommended gastro-food selection. I've had my eye on the Cri-Pie for quite some time, and I couldn't resist adding a helping of veggie haggis on top. The Criterion is globally renowned for its exceptional pies, and let me assure you, it lived up to every glowing review! Kecia, on the other hand, opted for a salad adorned with bacon and grilled chicken. This vibrant salad whisked her back to her American roots, generously portioned and dressed to perfection. It was the ideal kickoff to our tasting adventure, which unfolded in the cosy corner between 7 PM and 9 PM.
