How to Build Your Tom Collins
With our spirits as your base, you just need a few fresh ingredients for this classic highball.
Recipe:
- 50ml Wild Rose Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Raspberry Liqueur
- 100ml Soda Water (or to taste)
Method:
Add the gin, lemon juice, and raspberry liqueur to a shaker with ice. Shake briefly for 5-10 seconds and strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a few fresh raspberries.
Please note: This gift set provides the two core Tayport Distillery spirits. Fresh lemon juice and soda water are not included.
