Crafted in collaboration with The Criterion Pub in St Andrews, 100 Chimes is a lightly spiced rum built on a base of the finest Jamaican rum, then blended and bottled here in Fife. Warming clove and cinnamon spice, a thread of vanilla, and bright orange peel make it smooth enough to sip and versatile across cocktails.
