Nose

How to drink
Thai Gin & Tonic:
- 50ml Rama Thai Gin
- 200ml Premium Tonic Water (e.g., Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic)
- Garnish: Slice of Ginger Root & Makrut Lime Leaf
Thai Gin Sour:
- 50ml Rama Thai Gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup (made with a 1:1 or 2:1 sugar-to-water ratio)
- 1 egg white (optional, for texture and foam)
- Makrut lime leaf or a slice of ginger root
- Optional: A few dashes of aromatic bitters (like Angostura bitters)
