How to Craft Your Clover Club
With our spirits as your base, you just need a few fresh ingredients to complete this classic.
Recipe:
- 45ml Wild Rose Gin
- 20ml Raspberry Liqueur
- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White (or a vegan foamer)
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds (this is called a 'dry shake' and creates the foam). Then, add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
Please note: This gift set provides the two core Tayport Distillery spirits. Fresh lemon juice and egg white are not included.
