About Us

At Tayport Distillery we create world-class premium spirits using the best fruit and grains responsibly sourced from local farms within 10 miles of the distillery. By doing so we reduce our carbon footprint and at the same time we can collect only the best ingredients to make great tasting spirits. The spent grains are recycled to produce gas for the local community and our used botanicals are composted for use in local community planting schemes. We are only a small distillery but have a big ethos to doing the best we can on sustainability.
