We source the best ingredients for our liqueurs. Our coffee liqueur is made using a blend of coffee specially roasted by Aimers of Dundee. And, our fruit liqueurs are made from real fruit, not concentrate, resulting in a more natural and authentic taste with a complex flavour profile. Real fruit contains a wider range of natural fruit compounds that contribute to the taste, aroma, and mouthfeel of the product. Unlike concentrates that lose many of the volatile compounds during the concentration process, our liqueurs preserve the integrity of the flavour.
