Tayport Distillery have announced the launch of their second premium craft gin!
Scot's Pine Gin was inspired by the stunning Fife coastline, festive memories and most importantly our local Tentsmuir Forest. This gin has been crafted by Kecia and son, Alasdair, over the last six months encapsulating classic winter spices and hints of evergreen, juniper and pine.
Our Scot's Pine Gin has eight distinctive botanicals including: Juniper, Scot's Pine, Coriander, Cassia, Cardamom, Orange Peel, Angelica and Almond.
Tayport Distillery's Scot Pine Gin is punchy, bold and delicious. Juniper and Scot's Pine are the first notes to hit the palette with a lingering after-taste of Cinnamon and Orange Peel.
How To Serve:
Serve over ice with a squeeze of orange. Top with Ginger Ale or a Classic Tonic, depending on how festive you feel.
