How To Make A Gin Sour
Ingredients
50ml Scots pine gin
25ml Sugar syrup
25mls orange juice
1 egg white
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- grab a coupé glass, shaker and ice
- add the gin, sugar syrup, orange juice and egg white to the shaker
- shake hard for 15 seconds.
- strain into the coupé glass.
- Add dashes of bitters to the finish
